Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products with broken seals, signs of use, physical damage, or altered packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange approval is subject to product inspection.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for eligible cases approved by our support team.
- Opened, used, or partially used products are strictly non-refundable.
- Delivered orders that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refund requests for approved cases will be processed according to our review procedure.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons:
- Skincare products
- Haircare products
- Facial kits
- Cosmetic products
cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
