Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products with broken seals, signs of use, physical damage, or altered packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange approval is subject to product inspection.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for eligible cases approved by our support team.
  • Opened, used, or partially used products are strictly non-refundable.
  • Delivered orders that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refund requests for approved cases will be processed according to our review procedure.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons:

  • Skincare products
  • Haircare products
  • Facial kits
  • Cosmetic products

cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
