Guar Gum NU C17 (Jaguar C-17) is a premium-grade cationic guar derivative derived from the seeds of the guar plant (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). Recommended Usage Rate

• Food Products: 0.1–1%
• Cosmetic Products: 0.3–1.5%
• Hair Care Products: 0.3–1%

Disperse Guar Gum powder slowly into the water or liquid phase while stirring continuously to prevent clumping. Allow hydration time of approximately 15–30 minutes, up to 2 hours for full viscosity development. It can be used in both hot and cold processes.

For best results, mix with other dry ingredients first or disperse in glycerin or propylene glycol before adding to water.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place in tightly sealed containers. Protect from moisture and humidity to maintain powder flowability and prevent caking.
